Own your work pattern
Everyone gets a choice of core working hours, so they can have a work routine that suits their preference. We provide a generous holiday allowance of 28 days plus bank holidays. In addition, our employees can carry over 5 days, and even sell days back if needed.
Our mantra is simple – get the job done, wherever you are. We appreciate our team’s work-life needs are all different. We have a remote working first policy, but staff can always go into our Manchester offices when they want to collaborate, or have a change of scene.
Regular pay reviews
Without our employees, WeDo: Digital has no business. That’s why we share in our successes, through regular pay reviews, and bonus opportunities for hitting our objectives.
Health and wellbeing
We know that life can get in the way sometimes. We offer generous Mat/Pat/Shared Parental leave and sick/personal days policies. In addition, all employees get a free gym membership when they start.
We organise regular socials, outings, fundraisers and office activities, offering plenty of events for our WeDo: Digital team to look forward to.
Learning & development
We pride ourselves most on developing our teams. That’s why beyond training courses and a Pluralsight subscription, we work closely with our people to promote from within. We create growth opportunities that mean each year, we’ve promoted 20% of our staff!
Regardless of role level we’re hiring, we like to move quickly and get great new team members on-board as soon as possible. To demystify our recruitment process so you know what to expect, here are the steps for both our technical (e.g., developer) and non-technical (e.g., project manager) hires:
